We are pleased to announce that now you have the opportunity to book an English-speaking tour of the exhibition projects «Through Us The Horn Of Time Blows» and «Vladimir and Sergey», dedicated to the creative interaction and confrontation of two great poets.
The relationship between Sergei Yesenin and Vladimir Mayakovsky is one of the most famous literary clashes. Even after their death, up to the present day, the poetic rivalry between the two geniuses has not subsided and remains very interesting for researchers and readers. The acquaintance of Mayakovsky and Yesenin marked the beginning of a long-term poetic competition, which the whole of Moscow watched with bated breath.
The two contemporaries were indeed very different. They differed in their origins, views on poetry, culture, politics, and even fashion and stage image. Yesenin praised his native nature and was afraid of the approaching civilization, while Mayakovsky was a true poet of the city who wanted to see a new industrial Moscow. Meanwhile, Yesenin and Mayakovsky, for all their differences, have common ground.
The tour is conducted by the museum guide Anna Zaitseva.

The cost of the tour is 750 ₽ (400 ₽ entrance ticket + 350 ₽ excursion ticket).
